  • Today’s post is going to be about what I use on my lashes to make them long and strong, I had a couple of you dolls asking me what I use on my eyelashes that makes them so long. You’ll be pleased to know that my long eyelash remedy is super cheap and effective. I apply castor oil on my eye lashes every night before I go to bed and it has truly made a difference. 

    Whats is Castor Oil?

    Castor Oil is a very pale yellow liquid that is extracted from castor seeds also known as Ricinus Communis. It is an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant oil which has been used for centuries for its therapeutic and medicinal benefits. It is believed that most of castor oil’s benefits are derived from its high concentration of unsaturated fatty acids. Castor oil is used in cosmetics, soaps, textiles, medicines, massage oils and many other everyday products.  

    Uses of Castor oil? 

    There are many uses of castor oil but I am going to focus on the beauty side of things. I
    For Eyelashes

    Simply Rub a little castor oil over the base of your eyelashes before bed. This prevents thinning and promotes rapid growth, leading to thicker and fuller lashes. In fact, many commercial products for eyelashes contain castor oil.

    Hair Treatment:

    It is also known to be great if you suffer from hair loss, or have weak hair in general. I mix mine with coconut oil for a great overnight hair treatment which leaves your hair silky and soft. Rubbing castor oil on your scalp and the roots of your hair will regenerate new hair growth within months. This will also thicken thinning hair.

    Castor oil is available almost everywhere. You can also find it online from websites like Amazon and Holland and Barret.
