I Hope you all had a fab and Happy New Years Eve! I had great night despite having to work till quarter to twelve and making it to my friends house party at 11:58 but hey I made it there on time to be with my boyfriend at midnight! As the new year has began I am pretty sure most of us have set ourselves new goals and new years resolution, and I have thought about this long and hard and each year I ended up failing at sticking to them most probably because we set ourselves goals which are either hard to stick to or we are just to hard on ourselves. This year I decided to set my selves goals and things I want to achieve this year.
My New Years Resolutions / Goals:
1. Be more positive and try to be more happier, even though sometimes it is easier said than done I find that I often look at the negative side of things.
2. Lead a healthier lifestyle and attend the gym at least three times a week, I do pilates almost everyday however decided I want to add some cardio not just to loose weight mainly to tone up.
3. Be more organised and not leave things till the last minute as I can be pretty bad at doing that.
4. Continue blogging and put more effort and time in to my blog as I have been loving doing this 🙂
In general my goals are to follow my heart and dreams and generally I think what most of us need to do is DO MORE OF WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY.
